Newly renovated, quiet duplex penthouse that comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, with two bedrooms (one suite), living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and a balcony on the first floor. It also has views of Christ the Redeemer, Pedra da Gávea, and Marina da Glória.

Suite: One double bed, closets, balcony, air conditioning, and blackout curtains.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, closets, balcony, two desks, air conditioning, and blackout curtains.

The living room has a sofa, an armchair, a 4-seater dining table, a smart TV, and two fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, pots, cutlery, plates, and glasses. The duplex also has a full bathroom and a half bathroom.

Guest access:

-The building is quiet, has an elevator, and offers guests 24-hour concierge service, as well as 1 parking space in the garage. You will need to provide the make and license plate number of your vehicle for clearance at the front desk.

-Guests will have access to all rooms shown in the photos in the ad.

-The accommodation can be accessed by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Please note!

-After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, in accordance with the cancellation policy in the ad.

-We are not responsible for any construction or amenities in the condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of these items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

-The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, ink, markers, etc.

-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior approval. Prior identification of all guests with official photo ID is mandatory.

-To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be refunded in full at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions set forth in the contract.

-The security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card administrator.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

-Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
